Earlier this year, the Danish Shipowners’ Accident Insurance Association went through a Functional Inspection, of which a report is now available.
On 12 January 2024, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority announced that the Authority would conduct an off-site Functional Inspection regarding solvency capital requirements pursuant to section 267 of the Danish Insurance Business Act.
