This year's general assembly in UFDS will be held on Thursday 24 April 2025 at 10 am. It will happen again at Danish Shipping, and also this time with the opportunity to participate online.
Once again, it is the time of year when the Danish Shipowners’ Accident Insurance Association traditionally hosts its annual general assembly, and 2025 is no exception. This year's edition will thus take place on Thursday 24 April from 10 to 11 am.
True to form, the meeting rooms of Danish Shipping at 33 Amaliegade, 1256 Copenhagen K, will constitute the physical setting, and in addition, it is also possible to participate online this year. A link to this will be sent to those registered in the days before the assembly.
As always, representatives of all UFDS members have the opportunity to have observation access to participate, both on-site and virtually. Regardless of the form of participation, the association must be notified no later than five days in advance, cf. § 8(2) of the association's articles of association. As always, however, only the Assembly of Delegates is entitled to vote.
