This year's general assembly of Danish Shipowners’ Accident Insurance Association will be held on Wednesday 29 April 2026 at 10 am at Danish Shipping, again with the opportunity to participate online.
Once again, it is the time of year when the Danish Shipowners’ Accident Insurance Association traditionally holds its annual general assembly, and 2026 is no exception. This year's edition will thus take place on Wednesday 29 April 2026 from 10.00 to 11.00.
Also this year, Danish Shipping's meeting rooms at 33 Amaliegade, 1256 Copenhagen K, constitute the physical setting, and in addition, it is also possible to participate online this year. A link to this will be sent to those registered before the general meeting.
As always, representatives of all UFDS members have the opportunity to have observation access to participate, both on-site and virtually. Regardless of the form of participation, the association must be notified, cf. § 8(2) of the company’s articles of association. As always, however, only the Assembly of Delegates is entitled to vote.
