On April 26, 2018, the Annual General Meeting took place.
Christian Merrild chose to resign as Chairman of the Board and was replaced by Lars Henneberg, Head of Risk Management, A.P. Møller – Mærsk A / S.
Susanne Lynggaard Jensen, Vice President, Head of Insurance and Claims, TORM A / S was elected to the Board as replacement of Lars Henneberg.
