The final date to submit 2021 lists of sailing days is approaching.
The lists for each policy are distributed to the members to be filled in, but it is also possible to submit data to the UFDS via the provided Excel sheet. It is important to include the whole of 2021 in your reporting, and that the lists are completed and returned to the UFDS by January 20, 2022, at the latest.
In addition to setting the final premium for 2021, the lists will also be used to collect the premium on account for 2022.
»As something new this year, we have chosen to pick out some statements for random spot checks, as in recent years there have been a number of errors and misunderstandings in the lists of sailing day statements. We do this so that we in the future can improve our communication surrounding the lists of sailing days, thus enabling us to minimize the number of errors,« Director of UFDS, Jacob Munch, says.
